This evening cadets had their monthly PT. This PT consisted of pushups, curl-ups, a sit and reach, and a mile run; along with various stretches. Due to the weather, only the mile run was outside, and the rest of the PT was administered indoors.
After the PT, C/2ndLt. Wood gave a brief talk on personal fitness, and how it fits into the cadet life. She talked about the importance of exercising daily, and how changing their exercises so they exercise all the different muscle groups.
C/2dLt McKean gave a class with paper airplanes, splitting cadets into groups, and having them compete with their airplane designs. After the competition, cadets were able to listen and give input as to what pros and cons each plane had.
